Basic Rental Info

Thanks for your interest!  We have four Event Halls and two Auditoriums to choose from. Please note that these are rental base prices. Prices are subject to change unless your contract has been signed.

  • Auditorium 1 – Capacity - 155

Capacity numbers factor in use of round tables. For Event Halls 3 and 4, it is important to note to those having evening parties that the lights do not dim. If you  are having a seminar or day class, it is may not necessary

Standard Rental of Event Halls 3,4,5, and Banquet Hall Cost Includes:

•    10 tables / 80 chairs (8 chairs per table).  Tables can be 5ft round, 6ft rectangle, or 30-inch highboys (no chairs for those)
•    Use of sound system
•    2 microphones
•    A podium
•    Stage
•    One hour before the event to decorate, 45 minutes after the event to remove personal effects and vacate rental.

Items Available at Additional Cost

•    Extra tables: $8 each for the day
•    Extra chairs - $3 each for the day
•    Tablecloths - $10 each for the day
•    Chair covers - $2 each for the day
•    LED screen $500 4hrs / All Day $800
•    Projector use - $100 for the day
•    Ice service - $10 for the day
•    Red carpet - $20 for the day
•    Special lighting - $100 for the day
•    If you have live instruments, there is a $200 AV Fee, DJs, playlists, etc. do not require this fee. All our sound and projectors are plug and play.

Private Viewings at the Theater

•    Rental on non-peak days (Mon-Thurs)
•    $350 per Hour in Auditorium 1
•    $500 per Hour in Auditorium 2

Catering

Decorating

We have preferred vendors that we can refer you to. You are permitted to pick your own caterer. Food must be fully prepared and placed on sternos to keep hot. Kitchen use is not permitted except to get water for sternos, or to rinse an item.

Items are NOT permitted to be attached to walls and ceilings. No rice, birdseed, glitter, confetti. No open flame other than for birthday cake, unity candle or sterno use.

How do I Reserve My Date?

50% of the Rental Cost is required to confirm the date. A copy of your driver’s license and credit card must be presented.  The balance is due two (2 ) weeks prior to the  event.  Renter must be 18 years of age. All quotes are valid for 30 days.

What To Expect

•    When you place a rental deposit on a room, you have locked your date and time with a rental agreement.
•    Events Coordinator will review the venue “mock-up” with you to ensure you achieve your desired event.
